Brooke Raunig has experience in various areas of civil practice, including consumer class actions, contract disputes, product liability, unfair competition, patent infringement, and other high stakes business litigation.
Prior to joining Fitzgerald Knaier LLP, Ms. Raunig served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Roger T. Benitez, the Honorable Barbara L. Major, and the Honorable Daniel E. Butcher in the Southern District of California. Ms. Raunig also served as a post-doctoral research fellow at Harvard Medical School and Brigham & Women's Hospital.
Ms. Raunig graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law, where she served as Editor-in-Chief of the California Western Law Review. There, she was the recipient of an Academic Merit Scholarship, the CWSL Trustees' Award, the National Order of Scribes, and numerous Academic Excellence Awards. During law school, Ms. Raunig also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable William Q. Hayes.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Raunig was a registered nurse specializing in mental health and chemical dependency. Ms. Raunig obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Montana Tech of the University of Montana.
