Carly Dunn has experience in a variety of civil litigation subjects, including business torts, intellectual property, real property, contracts, and employment disputes.
Before joining Fitzgerald Knaier, Ms. Dunn externed for the Honorable Daniel E. Butcher, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. During law school, she also clerked at Higgs, Fletcher & Mack, LLP.
Ms. Dunn graduated magna cum laude from California Western School of Law, where she served as Senior Editor of Notes and Comments of the California Western Law Review. While there, she was a recipient of the Justice Anthony Kennedy Scholarship for academic merit, the Faculty Award, and numerous Academic Excellence Awards. She was also a member of the Women's Law Caucus.
Ms. Dunn obtained her undergraduate degree in Cinema and Media Studies from Carleton College in Minnesota.
