From I-5 Southbound:
Take the FRONT STREET/CIVIL CENTER exit and stay to the right. Merge RIGHT onto FRONT STREET and go south three blocks. Turn RIGHT onto ASH STREET and go west three blocks. Turn LEFT onto COLUMBIA STREET and go south three and a half blocks. Turn LEFT into the EMERALD PLAZA parking garage.
From I-5 Northbound:
Take the W. HAWTHORN STREET exit and go west two blocks. Turn LEFT onto COLUMBIA STREET and go south ten and a half blocks. Turn LEFT into the EMERALD PLAZA parking garage.
From 163 Southbound:
Follow 163 SOUTH to the end of the freeway. Turn RIGHT onto ASH STREET and go west twelve blocks. Turn LEFT onto COLUMBIA STREET and go south three and a half blocks. Turn LEFT into the EMERALD PLAZA parking garage.
From the Airport (Lindbergh Field):
Follow the signs out of the airport to the HARBOR DRIVE/DOWNTOWN EXIT. Go east on HARBOR DRIVE for approximately 1.4 miles. Turn LEFT onto GRAPE STREET and go east five blocks. Turn RIGHT onto COLUMBIA STREET and go south nine and a half blocks. Turn LEFT into the EMERALD PLAZA parking garage.

PARKING
The entrance to the Emerald Plaza's parking lot is off of Columbia Street. Parking in this lot is $8/hour or $28/day. There is also metered parking on surrounding streets. Other privately operated parking garages near the building range from $5 to $15 per day.
